Through the efforts of numerous individuals summer baseball returned to Ernie Vivion Field in 2017 as a member of the MINK League. With an active board of directors and numerous fundraisers, the Jefferson City Renegades became a summer staple in the Jefferson City region. The team also had success on the field winning the MINK League championship in 2023.
The Diamond Baseball League is thankful to all the businesses, community organizations, host families and individuals who rekindled interest in our national pastime in Jefferson City. It is the goal of the DBL to build upon the foundation laid by the Renegades organization and make games at Ernie Vivon Field the number one entertainment destination each summer in the Jefferson City region.
